Phenomenal responsiveness and service! We had a window leak and soak our carpet during the heavy rains this week.We called Sapphire Restoration LLC and Yeshiah arrived at our house within an hour to assess the situation. He provided great expertise and advice and immediately helped us get the carpet drying to prevent mold from developing.We highly recommend Yeshiah and Sapphire Restoration to anyone needing help with water damage in their home.
Yesiah answered the phone quickly (weekend) and was able to provide an estimate via phone. He was able to come out and resolve my problem the same week. Overall super quick turn around time and good communication.

Yeshiah and the Sapphire team are outstanding. They helped us restore areas of our home damaged by water leaks plus provided great work installing new flooring, not only in the damaged areas but in the rest of our home. Yeshiah worked closely with our insurance company to ensure our claim was treated fairly.If there was a six-star review, I'd give it!
Yeshiah is responsive and resourceful--he's exactly who we needed to intervene in our water damage crisis. He showed up quickly and got right to work evaluating our situation, explaining what we were facing, and laying out a few different options. It's so stressful when these things happen, and part of what you need is someone who can put you at ease by being confident but not pushy.I hope we never have a situation like this again, but I've saved this company's information. They are who I would call next time, and I'll be recommending them to anyone who asks.
We’ve had the fortunate and unfortunate pleasure of having to call on Yeshiah and Sapphire Restoration for 3 separate leaks at our home. We continue to use their services because of the customer service, reliability and quality of work. Recently my husband overflowed our bathtub on a random Tuesday and it leaked to our downstairs ceiling. I called Yeshiah after 5pm and he answered and came out immediately. We are so grateful for his quick response and we will always refer his services.
